Survivor Syndicate

A Treasury With a Conscience

Our community treasury is more than just funds; it's a lifeline, a catalyst for change, and a testament to survivors supporting survivors.

How Empowerment Flows

1. Share Your Story/Need

Post your situation, project idea, or crisis need. Include text, amount, and media if helpful.

2. Community Engagement

Receive direct support from peers or submit your request as a formal proposal for a DAO vote.

3. Funding & Impact

Funds are transferred directly to your wallet upon successful tipping or a community 'yes' vote.

Track the status of requests: from direct donations received, to proposal going live, voting progress, and finally, payout.

Pathways to Support & Funding

Direct Support (Peer-to-Peer Tips)

See a story or situation that resonates? Send support directly to a fellow survivor.

  • Look for a "Send Support" button on individual posts/requests.
  • Transfers are immediate, from your wallet to theirs.
  • A direct way to make a difference, no middlemen.

Community-Funded Proposals (DAO Vote)

For larger needs or projects, submit a formal proposal to the community treasury.

  • Any member meeting engagement/minimum requirements can submit.
  • Proposals undergo a set voting period (e.g., 7 days).
  • Voting options can be "Yes/No" or multi-choice.
  • If approved by the DAO, funds are auto-transferred via smart contract.

Sharing Your Story or Submitting a Proposal

Your voice matters. Whether you're facing a crisis, need a hand up, or have a project to support survivors, here's how to reach out.

What to include: Clearly describe your situation or project, the impact it will have, and the amount of funding requested. Relevant media (images, short videos) can be included if appropriate and safe.

Tracking: Once submitted, you'll be able to track the status of your request—from direct donations received, to your proposal going live for voting, the voting progress, and finally, payout confirmation.

Follow-Up: While optional, sharing an update or thank you post after receiving support is a powerful way to connect with the community and show the impact of their collective action.

Radical Transparency, Unwavering Privacy

All direct tips, proposal votes, and treasury expenditures are recorded on the SYND blockchain, making them publicly verifiable. Crucially, your personal identity remains pseudonymous throughout the process, protected by your anonymous profile.

Safety, Trust, and Community Guidelines

To maintain a fair and supportive environment, we are implementing measures to prevent abuse and ensure trust:

  • Proposal Limits: Fair limits on the number or frequency of proposals per member.
  • Reputation System (Future): A system to build trust and recognize positive contributions.
  • Report/Flag Function: Tools for the community to flag concerns for review.

All interactions are subject to our Community Guidelines.

It’s trust, not charity.

It’s power, not pity.

It’s survivors helping survivors—on-chain and in real time.
